How do I commission custom stained glass art?
Thank you for considering me to make your idea come to life!
Information I need:
The size of the project - this can be exact or a rough estimate
Reference images - either of the subject or other artwork you enjoy that's similar
The purpose of the art- examples: bookends, Suncatcher, installed window panel etc

Process:
A £10 deposit is required for me to draw up your design, this will be deducted from the final price. You are able to request a redesign and any changes you may have.
A quote will be sent alongside the draft.
Once the design is agreed upon, full payment is required up front for me to be able to order in the materials for the project.
My timeframe is roughly 2 weeks from payment received until shipment, however any delays expected will be told in advance.

Shipping Info
To keep shipping costs low, there's no fancy custom made packaging that makes you feel guilty to put in the recycling.
UK -
Only one set fee per order, regardless of size £3.50
International -
As an independent business I don't have access to discounted shipping rates. I do not upcharge you on shipping, I pay for the packaging to help keep costs as low as I can for you.
Shipping rates will show at checkout, these are £10-£20 dependent upon item weight.
Pattern club + Copper Foiler + Jig p&p is included in the price
USA ONLY TARIFF UPDATE:
Due to international tariff rates imposed by the USA, the sender is to pay the duties fees, which is reflected in the postage prices.
Environmental Impact and stance on AI
I source all suitable packaging that I can from local independent shops. I use eco tape to package my orders and I recycle packaging where I can.
Non of my art is made with AI. Including patterns.
Shipping Terms & Conditions
Every order is sent with tracking information.
Please ensure you arrange a collection with your local delivery office if you missed a delivery. I am unable to arrange this on your behalf. If you fail to collect your parcel and the item is returned to me, I am unable to provide a refund. As a small business I am charged for the return shipping.
Tools + Patterns
In the highly unlikely case of lost packages, please allow 14 days after the last tracking update to contact me to arrange a new product being sent.
Stained Glass Art
I use heavy duty boxes and fully secure my art in good quality bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. In the highly unlikely event of a product arriving damaged please take a photo of the damaged packaging first prior to opening. Failure to take photos of a damaged box prior to opening voids any postal insurance claims, as set by Royal Mail.
