    As an independent business I don't have access to discounted shipping rates. I do not upcharge you on shipping, I pay for the packaging to help keep costs as low as I can for you.

    Shipping rates will show at checkout, these are £10-£20 dependent upon item weight.

    USA ONLY TARIFF UPDATE:

    Due to international tariff rates imposed by the USA, the sender is to pay the duties fees, which is reflected in the postage prices.

  • Every order is sent with tracking information.

    Please ensure you arrange a collection with your local delivery office if you missed a delivery. I am unable to arrange this on your behalf. If you fail to collect your parcel and the item is returned to me, I am unable to provide a refund. As a small business I am charged for the return shipping.

    Tools + Patterns

    In the highly unlikely case of lost packages, please allow 14 days after the last tracking update to contact me to arrange a new product being sent.

    Stained Glass Art

    I use heavy duty boxes and fully secure my art in good quality bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard. In the highly unlikely event of a product arriving damaged please take a photo of the damaged packaging first prior to opening. Failure to take photos of a damaged box prior to opening voids any postal insurance claims, as set by Royal Mail.

  • I source all suitable packaging that I can from local independent shops.

    I use eco tape to package my orders and I recycle packaging where I can.

    Non of my art is made with AI. Including patterns.

  • I am now able to offer payment plans on items over £150

    Heres the T&C’s

    Agreement:

    The seller: Marks the listing as sold. The seller ships to the buyer once all payments are cleared and completed.

    The total quoted figure includes shipping + tariffs paid up front (if they apply)

    The buyer: Agrees to a maximum 3 month payment period.

    Terms & Conditions

    CANCELLATION 
    If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel further payments and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions: 

    • You must notify us immediately so that we can put the art back on the market.

    • You will be charged a fee (the first installment) of the total price of the artwork, as a service fee and holding fee for having kept the art off the market for that period of time.

    NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE 
    If you can’t make the agreed monthly payment, please let me know as quickly as possible. If I receive no payment on the agreed upon date, and the payment defaults for 15 consecutive days thereafter, the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit the first payment as listed above. Any additional payments after the first, will be refunded.
