Stackable for storage with a secure key lock fit.
No shifting about whilst you work!
Heat resistant soldering area, high heat resistant rubber solder holder lays underneath.
If any solder beads drop through, simply let it solidify and pop it out!
Angles printed on the side for ease of view whilst working.
Hexagonal Stack supplied: 15°, 25°, 35° perfect for any 3D flower or plants!
Size: 12.5cm wide, 6cm tall when stacked, providing a decently sized work area without being too bulky
Made with planet friendly biodegradable PLA, that won't degrade in a home environment
Comes with 3 spare changeable rubber grommets in case of any accidents, simply pop out of the base and pop the new one in!
How to use:
Fully bead your glass pieces on your regular soldering surface, place the pieces in the chosen angle layer, align the pieces, rotate the jig to check all pieces look fully upright on each angled surface it rests on.
Once you're happy with how they are lined up, tack solder together in the recessed work area. Once the solder has cooled down and solidified, flip over and place on your work surface to fully bead the under side, flip back to upright position and bead the front joints.
Notes:
Do not solder on the purple surface, only within the heat resistant zone.
The rubber catcher is heat resistant to dropped solder, but it isn't advisable to rest your soldering iron directly on the rubber.
