Agreement:
The seller: Removes the listing from the internet, ships to the sender after the Xmas rush in early January 2027
The seller is to ship: Iron Inquisition Flail XL + 2x streaky teal glow in the dark skull kitties
The total includes shipping + tariffs paid up front
The buyer: Agrees to 3x monthly payments to be paid on the 30th of the month and to wait until early January 2027 for dispatch

CANCELLATION
If you have initiated a payment plan and for some reason, after having made one or more payments, wish to cancel further payments and receive a refund on payments already made, you may do so, with the following conditions:
You must notify us immediately so that we can put the art back on the market.
You will be charged a fee (the first installment) of the total price of the artwork, as a service fee and holding fee for having kept the art off the market for that period of time.
NONPAYMENT AND FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE
If you can’t make the agreed monthly payment, please let me know as quickly as possible. If I receive no payment on the 30th, and the payment defaults for 15 consecutive days thereafter, the payment plan will be terminated. The reserved artwork will go back on the market, and you will forfeit the first payment as listed above. Any additional payments after the first, will be refunded.
